Here in the UK we have not really had much of a summer this year, we have had a few days here and there but thats about it. The United kingdom has low temperature winters, it would literally be unimaginable for people to survive without the relevant heating in place. But as soon as the spring months hit, people begin to switch off their central heating so that they can save themselves money.
